Head of Design – Borzo
Rebranding Borzo across 8 countries: adapted the product design system and oversaw the update of marketing communications for the new visual style. Led the brand guidelines update.

2020–2023
Head of Design – Dostavista
Built the design function at Dostavista from the ground up. Grew the team to 10 people. Set up processes for working with product, engineering, and marketing. Created a design system and introduced UX research.
With the product team, improved the client app and increased conversion to first order from 23% to 28%.
Brain‑computer interface
As part of a research project, I designed, prototyped, and tested neurofeedback scenarios that visualize brain activity and help people regulate their state.
